Located in a natural setting with a spectacular garden views, the Restaurant Saika It mixes the rustic with Japanese decorative details. Chef Junichi Minowa, Spanish mother and Japanese father, perfectly blends traditional Spanish and Japanese cuisine, offering dishes such as Tempura vegetables and prawns or the Iberian pork cheeks made with soy sauce and sake, as well as fish Carpaccio, salmon to the miso or stewed lamb Curry. Custom you can also taste a traditional sushi.
SPECIALTY: Tempura shrimp and vegetables, salmon to the miso, Braised Iberian pork cheeks.
Recipe of "Falso Roast Beef con salsa Ponzu"
Piece of 350 – 500 GRS of end cap or top of veal from the sierra.
Turnip and grated ginger.
Spring onion or finely chopped leek.
3 tablespoons soy.
1 tbsp. yuzu juice.
1/2 sugar spoon.

Cool in ice water part.
Mix soy sauce, the juice and half a teaspoon of sugar.

Pour sauce over the Loaches to serve.
Yuzu juice is sold in Asian stores, You can substitute Mandarin orange or lime.
