    For 6 people

    • Cabbage
    • A potato
    • A piece of butagueña (a type of dried sausage)
    • A piece of chorizo
    • A head tip


    You put a pot on a fire with cold water.
    The cabbage is poured into small pieces, and it gets to cook for half an hour.
    Add a piece of chorizo, a piece of butagueña, a tip of spine and a potato in pieces. Cooks for half an hour over simmer and retreats from heat.
